Ribbon Blender is designed for rapid and thorough blending & mixing to eliminate product stagnation and rapid acon the opposite ribbons rolls, tumbles and pushes the product in opposite direction horizontally from both ends. The flow of material in opposite direction results in uniform and fast mixing.

APPLICATION: Ribbon blenders are widely used in Agro Chemi cal, Pigments, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals, Ayurvedic & Herbals, Detergent, Paint, Bakery & Biscuits, Food Salt & Dairy, Cosmetics, Biotechnology & etc.

SALIENT FEATURES :

• All Product contact parts of AISI 316 & Non contact parts of AISI 304.

• The lid has 3 piece segment with fixed centre piece and hinged cover at either sides for charging of products

• The main shaft made of stainless steel on which the ribbons are welded

• The ribbons are made of stainless steel flats with suitable size and thickness depending up on the capacity
